                         Then Came the within Named Tho.s
       Cromwell before me the subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland
       and Acknowledged the within Deed and the
       Land and Pmisses therein menconed to be Right
       and Estate of the within Named Henry Wright
       his heirs & assignes for ever according to act
       of assembly in that case made and Provided
                                           before me

       Recorded December the 16.th 1719


x.d  To all Christian People
       to whom this Present Writing shall come
       Richard Bennett of Queen Anns County in the
       Province of Maryland sendeth Greeting Know
       Yee that the said Richard Bennett for and in consideration
       of the sum of three Hundred and fifty
       Pounds Sterling money in hand paid by Robert
       Uncle of Talbot County in the Province aforesaid
       Gentleman Hath given granted remised released
       and forever quitt claimed and by these Presents doth
       for himself his heirs give grant remise release and
       forever quit claim unto the said Robert Ungle
       all his Estate, Right, Title, Interest, term of Years,
       claim Property and Demand, whatsoever which
       he the said Richard Bennett now hath or may claim
       to have off in or to All those severall and particular
       tracts and parcells of Land formerly purchased by
       the said Richard Bennett from the said Robert
