(61) said Henry Wright his Heirs and Assignes for ever and to no other use intent and purpose whatsoever And the said Tho.s Cromwell doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Henry Wright and his heirs that he the said Tho.s Cromwell hath full power and authority to sell convey and make over unto him the said Henry Wright and to his heirs the Land and pmisses before menconed and that the same Land at the ensealing and delivery hereof is clear and free from all incumbrances whether by Arrears of Rent or otherwise had made comitted or don by the said Tho.s Cromwell or any other deriveing a Tittle by from or under him or his assignes and that the said Henry Wright and shall peaceably and Quietly have hold occupy posess and enjoy the aforemenconed Land and premisses with the appurtinances thereunto Belonging without any let Hindrance or Molestation of him the said Tho.s Cromwell of or of from or by any pson or psons whatsoever and the said Tho.s for himself his heirs executors administrators and assignes do covenant promiss and grant to and with the said Henry Wright that he the said Thomas the aforesaid one hundred and thirty four Acres of Land with the appurtinances to the said Henry his heirs and assigns not onely against all psons claiming or to claimeing by from or under him But likewise against all other person or persons whatsoever shall and will by these presents for ever warr.t and Defend In Wittness whereof the said Tho.s Cromwell f the party first above named to these presents hath hereunto sett his hand and seal the day and year first above Written signed sealed and Delivered in the psence of Tho.s Cromwell Samuel Young (Sea) Robert Inble |
