       hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part
       and pcell thereof he does fully absolutely and clearly
       acquit and Discharge him the said Henry Writ his
       heirs and assignes for ever   Hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed
       and by thes psents doth give grant bargain sell
       alien enfeoff and confirme unto him the said Henry
       unto him the said Henry Wright his heirs and assignes
       for ever all that the af.d one hundred and thirty four
       Acres of Land called Hunting Quarter lying in
       Baltemore County af.d and Begining at a bounded
       Black Oak standing on the south side of a
       purcosan and runing west seventy six perches to a bounded
       pock hickory upon a hill then west south west
       forty perches to a bounded Spanish Oak then south
       south west one hundred and four perches to a bounded
       red oak then south east one hundred and thirty
       pches to a hiccory by the Land formerly Laid out
       for Tho.s Sparrow then north and by east one hundred
       and twenty perches to a bounded oak then east forty
       perches to a bounded white oak then with a straite
       line to the first bounded Tree containeing and laid out
       for one hundred and thirty four acres more or less
       together with all edifices Houses Plantations Orchards
       Fences and all and singular other the appurtinances
       thereunto belonging or in any wis appertaineing To
       Have and to Hold the same to the same Henry
       Wright his heirs to ^the^ only use and behoof of him the
