Ex.d        This Indenture made the 25.th day
       of September Anno Dom seventeen hundred and
       nineteen between Tho.s Cromwell of Baltemore County
       Gent of the one part and Henry ^Wright^ of Annarundell
       County in the same province of Maryland planter
       of the other part Wittnesseth That Whereas
       the Right Honourable Charles Absolute
       Lord and Prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland and
       Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a by his
       Letters pattents under the great seal of this Province
       bearing date the thirtieth day of May in the year
       of our Lord God one thousand six hundred
       eighty and three did grant unto W.m Cromwell Father
       unto the said Tho.s Cromwell party to these presents
       all that ^tract or^ parcell of Land lying & being in Baltemore
       County called and known by the Name of Hunting
       Quarter containeing one hundred and thirty four
       acres which said W.m by his last will and testament
       in writeing bearing date the      day of      Anno
       Dom               and recorded in the Prorogative Office
       of the province af.d deced the same unto his son Tho.s
       party to these presents as by the same pattent And
       will relation Being thereto had it Doth and May more
       fully and at Large Appear Now this Indenture
       further Wittnesseth That the said Tho.s Cromwell
       for and in consideration of the sume of fifty pounds sterling
       to him the said Tho.s in hand paid or secured to be
       paid by the said Henry Wright the Receipt Whereof he
