       or prices as my said att.rny shall think fitt &
       reasonable & by such conveyances & assureances in
       the Law as shall be thought necessary ^for that purpose^ all and

       of Land Mill & Pmisses & such deed and conveyances
       for me & in my Name and as my Act & Deed to execute
       and Deliver & upon Receipt or payment or any sume
       or sums of money on all or any the accounts afd
       proper releases Discharges or Other Acquittances
       for me & in my name & as my Act & deed to Seale
       Execute and Deliver & further to do and performe
       All and every other Act & Acts thing & things necessary
       for the obtaineing recovering Receiveing Selling
       Disposeing of Conveying or Effecting all and every or any
       the Matter & things af.d in as full and Ample Manner
       as him self might or could do were I psonally psent w.th
       full power for my said att.rny One or More att.rnys
       under him in the Pmisses to substitute & appoint
       and at his pleasure to revoake Giveing & Granting
       unto my said Att.rny and his substitute or substitutes my
       full and whole power in the pmisses & hereby Ratifying
       and Confirming all & whatsoever my said Att.rny or
       his substitute or substitutes shall do or cause to be Don
