       shall Devise That in case a certain Robert Eagle or his son Salandine
       Eagle or any of their heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assigns shall at any Time recover
       by Course of Law or otherwise from the said John Orrick his ex.rs adm.rs or
       assigns the Negroes & Personal Estate afd or any part or parcell thereof that
       then the person or persons so receiving the afd Twenty Pounds as his or their
       part of the afd Eighty Pounds shall refund the same sum of twenty Pounds
       sterling to him the said John Orrick his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assigns And the said
       John Orrick for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth by these Presents
       Covenant and Agree to & with the said Mary Eagle that he his ex.rs adm.rs or
       assigns will find & Provide for the said Mary Eagle Sufficient Meat
       Danish Washing Lodging and Necessary Cloathing during her life And Lastly
       It is further agreed by & between the Parties to these presents that in case
       the said Robert Eagle Salandine Eagle they or any of them their heirs ex.rs
       adm.rs or assigns should recover the afd Negroes and Psonall Estate or any
       Part or Parcell thereof At any time before the before mentioned children
       respectively arrive at the Ages of Twenty One years that then & in such
       case the covenants articles and agreements in these psents mentioned
       (save that which relate to the Maintenance of the afd Mary Eagle which
       is to Stand good During her life) And all of them (except as before excepted)
       is to cease be made Void and of no effect otherwise the whole is to     
       stand in full force & Vertue And in Testimony that both Parties are
       agreed & contented w.th what is before Mentioned they have hereunto
       set their hands & Seals this 26.th day of Jan.ry 1721
