       Came before us the subscribers Two of his Lordship
       Justices of Annarundell County Court
       the within named W.m Murphey who acknowledges
       the within Deed to be his act and Deed
       and the Land and premisses therein Mentioned
       to be y.e righte of the within named John Earnshaw
       his heires and assignes for ever according
       to the true intent and Meaning of the
       said Deed and the act of assembly in that case
       maid and provided and at the same time Elizabeth
       Murphey wife of the said W.m Murphey being
       privately examined out of the hearing of heir
       said husband released her righte of Dower
       to the within Land and premisses to the s.d Jn.o Earnshaw
       his heires and assignes for ever and
