             M.d That On the back of the aforegoing Deed is endorsed

       To Daniel Dulany & Benjamin Tasker Esq.rs or any of
       them I Hugh Riley of Prince Georges County Doe hereby
       impower y.w or either of you being at p.rsent incapable
       of psonally apearing to acknowledg the within Deed
       as my act & Deed to the use of the within menchaoned
       and for y.r soe doeing this shall be your sufficient
       power and authority and doe hereby constitute y.w and
       each or either of y.w my attorneys to that purpose witness
       my hand this 26.th of March 1723               Hugh Riley
