516 Pure Perfect and Absolute Estate of Inheritance of all and singular the Before Granted Premises and every Part thereof shall be fully Vested settled and Executed in and upon the said Henry Beatman and his Heirs according to the true meaning of these Presents shall Remain Continue and be sevred of and in the said Messuage or Tenement and all and singular other the Premises in and by these Presents Granted Bargained sold with all and every their Rights Members and Appurtenances of a good Pure Perfect and Absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple without any Condition Reversion Remainder or Limitation of any Use or Uses Estate or Estates in or to any Persons Whatsoever to Alter Chaings defeat or make Void the same and that the said Otho Holland at the Time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents hath full Power Good Right and Lawfull Authority to Grant Bargain sell and convey all and singular the before hereby Granted or Mentioned to be Granted Remises with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Henry Bateman his Heirs and Assignes in Manner and form aforesaid and that the said Henry Bateman his Heirs and Assigns and every of them shall or may by Vertue of these Presents from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully Peacably and Quietly have hold Use Occupy Posses and Enjoy the said Messuage or Tenement and all and singular the before |
