       Daniell Welch late of Baltemore County Deceased
       and the Rever sion and Rever sions Remainder and
       Remainders of all and singular the beforementioned Premises
       and all Rent and Rents Reserved upon any Grant and
       Grants Demise and Demises maid of the Premisses or of
       any Part or Parcell of them and also all the Estate Right
       title Interest Use Possession Property Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said Oatho Holland
       in or to the same and all Deeds Writings Evidences
       Charters Transcripts of Fines Courts Roules Escripts
       and Monuments Whatsoever touching or concerning
       the Premises or any Part or Parcell of them To have and
       to hold the said Messuage or Tenement and all and singular
       other the Premisses hereby Granted Bargained
       and sold with their and every of their Right
       Members and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the
       said Henry Batman his Heirs and Assignes to the
       Proper Use and Behoof of the said Henry
       Batman his heirs and assignes for ever against
       him the said Otho Holland his Heirs and assignes
       and assignes and all and every other Person and
       Persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from
       or under him them or any of them and from all other
       persons whatsoever shall and will Warrent and for
       ever defend by these Presents and the said Oatho
       Holland for himself his heirs executors and administrators
       do covenant Promise Grant and Agree
       to and with the said Henry Bateman his heirs and
       assignes and every of them by these Presents in
       manner and Form Following that is to Pay that the
       said Oatho Holland at the time of the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these Presents and untill a good
