       Head of a Branch called the North East Branch of the Three
       Branch Pond And Running thence down the Branch
       south five degrees East One Hundred and Twenty
       Eight Pearches unto a Bounded Redd Oake then
       West Two Degrees south One Hundred Twenty Eight
       Perches unto a Bounded White Oak then North Two Degrees
       West One Hundred Twenty Eight Perches unto a Double
       Bounded Redd Oak so with a streight Line to the
       First Bounded tree counteining and now Laid out
       for one Hundred and Two Acres of Land more or Less
       to be Held of the manner of Baltemore with all and
       singular its Rights Members Jurisdictions and Appurtenances
       together with all Houses Out Houses Edifices Buildings Barns
       Stables Orchards Gardens Yards Backsides Easments Lands
       Tenements Meadows Feedings Pastures Woods Underwoods
       Ways Easments Proffitts Comoditys Common of Pasture
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances what so^e^ver to the said
       Messuage or Tenement and Premisses or to any Part or Parcell
       of them Belonging or in any wise appurtaining all
       which said Messuage Land Tenements Feedings Pastures
       Closes and Heriditaments with their and every of their
       Rights Members and Appurtenances what soever to the
       said Messuage or Tenement and Premises or to any Part
       or parcell of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining
       all which said Messuage Lands Tenements Feeding Pastures
       Closes and Heriditaments with their and every of their
       Rights Members and Appurtenances and every of their
       Rights Members and Appuertenances what soever before
       in and by these Presents mentioned or intended to be granted
       are scituate lying and being on the North side or Petapseco
       River in Baltemore County afforesaid and now in the
       possessions of Otho Holland of Charles County and
       Late in the Possession of James Borein and Jane
       his wife being boith Heirs at Law of
