512) to Warrant and Defend Provided asoe and nevertheless it is the true intent and meaning of the above Deed and of every clau and article therein contained that if the abovesaid Thomas Lingan his heirs heirs ex.rs or administrator Do and shall within Eighteen Months from the date hereof Pay or cause to be paid unto the above named Charles Carroll his heirs or assignes the Just and full sume of sixty seaven pounds two shillings and eleven pence sterling with legall interest for the same from the date hereof then this Deed and every clause and article therein contained to be void and of none effect otherwise to be and remain in full force and Virtue in Law In testmoiny whereof the Partys to these Presence have inchangeably sett their hand and affixt their seales the day and year abovesaid Tho.s (Seal) Lingan Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presences of us An Littman Charles Daniell On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed is endorsd Aprill the 1723 Then came before me Col.o Roger Woollford one of his Lordship provintiall Justices and acknowledged the within Deed according to act of assembly in such cases maid and provided Roger Woolford Recorded Oct.r 28.th 1723 |
