(510) sealed and delivered in the presence of Tho Addison Philip Key Mem.d That the above is to be delivered in the same condition it shall be when Redman gets the possion by Virtue of a Writ of Habere facias possessionem and that he is to surrender no more then by virtue of such writ he may take possession of the Land sold by Medley to Murty but not to affect any thing recovered aganst William Farthing or Peter Peake by the said Redman D Dulany attorny in fact for Murty On the back of the aforegoing instument was thus Written viz.t 24.th Aprill 1723 Then was the within Deed acknowledged according to Law by John Redman before me Thomas Addison Esq.r one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial 4 sides Court Tho Addison Recorded Oct.r 9.th 1723 x.d This Indenture made the seaventeenth day of April in the year of Our Lord God One thousand seaven hundred and twenty three Between Thomas Lingan of Calvert County Merchant of the one part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Gentleman of the other part Wittnesseth |
