Ex.d  This Indenture Made the Twenty fourth day of
       Aprill Anno Domini seventeen hundred & twenty three
       Between John Redman of S.t Marys County of the one part
       and Peter Murty of the other part witnesseth That the said
       John for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings
       sterling to him in hand the receipt Whereof he doth hereby
       acknowledge Hath released remised and quit claymed unto
       the said Peter Murty all the Right title claym and
       Dmand of him the said John Redman of in and to all
       and every part and parcell of the Tract or parcell of
       Land Lying in S.t Marys County on the head of Brittons
       bay that was conveyed by William or John Medley unto
       Stephen Murty father of the said Peter To have and
       To hold all and singular the said Right title Estate
       clayme and Demand of him the said John Redman to
       him the said Peter his Heires and Assignes for ever
       saving and reserving unto the said John Redman
       the occupation ^possession^ and enjoyment of the said Land untill
       the tenth day of February Next Ensuing the date
       hereof And the said John doth hereby Covenant and
       Agree to and with the said Peter Murty his Heires
       and Assignes that on the said Tenth Day of February
       he the said John Will deliver the quiet and peaceble
       possion of the premisses in Tennantable Order & Condition
       and further to execute any other instrument for the
       better releasing all his clayme to the premisses In
       witness Whereof the said John hath hereunto set his
       hand and seale the day & year aforesaid         his
