       Seven hundred & Nine the Above Mentioned Tonge made known
       the Draught of the said land together with the Manner of the said
       Edward Greens Dying without known Heirs or Relations as above
       said unto a certain Mathias Vanbebber of Cecil County in Maryland
       Merchant who with the said Tonge contrived in a false and forged
       Manner to Make a Deed for the Said land unto John Scott late of
       Georges Hundred in the Said County of New Castle Yeoman then
       Deceased but wast the hand writing of the Said Tonge should
       Discover the Falshood of the said Deed it being Dated the twenty
       first Day of May in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand six hundred
       Ninety and One (which was about Twelve years before the said
       Tonge came to the contrey) the Said Tonge wrote a Draught of the
       Deed which was Drawn afterwards by Isaac Vanbebber of Cecil
       County aforesaid Weaver Brother of the aforesaid Matthias and
       entered upon the Records of the Roles Office for the Said County of
       New Castle (as Relation thereunto being had) may fully appear
       and afterwards the Said Tonge told this Deponent that he had burnt
       the Said Forged Deed that it might never appear in judgment against
       him and this Deponent further Declareth that the said Tonge for
       and in consideration of his assistance and service in the Forgery
       af.d obtained from the Said Mathias Vanbebber a Bond conditioned for the
       payment of fifty pounds by him to the said Tonge

       Taken and Sworn this Twenty Seventh Day of May in the Ninth Year
       of the Reign of Our Sovereign King George over Great Brittain &c and
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred Twenty and three
       before us the subscribers two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
       the said county of New Castle In Wittness whereof wee have caused
       the Seal of the Said County to be hereunto affixed

       Being Requested I thought it My Duty to certifie hereby that In the
       Records of the county of New Castle in Lib.o B fol 201 There stands
       Registred a certain Deed of Conveyance from Edward Green late of
