       admin.rs fully and absolutely bargain sell Make over
       and transferr unto him the said W.m Newman and
       John Warren  All that Personall Estate of him the s.d
       Philemon Hemsley whether consisting in money in
       England or Maryland Negroes household stuff horses
       mares sheep hoggs debts standing out in Mony
       or tobacco stock in trade goods wares and Merchandize
       or in any other kind of specie whatsoever To have
       and to hold the same with all the future Increase of
       the said Estate unto them the said W.m Newman &
       John Warren or either of them their heirs or either
       of their heirs ex.rs or adm.rs to the use intents and
       purposes herein after specifyed and to no other
       intent or purpose whatsoever (that is to say) towards
       Paying out of the same sume of twenty Negroes
       two hundred cattle one hundred and fifty sheep two
       hundred hoggs two hundred thousand pounds of tob.o
       and household goods with plate towards the support
       and Maintenance of the said Mary in case it should
       soe happen that she the said Mary shall survive the
       said Philemon Hemsley and the remainder to be
       distributed disposed and paid by the said W.m Newman
       and John Warren or either of them or either of their
       ex.rs or adm.rs in such manner and method and to such
       person and persons as the said Philemon Hemsley by
