       Their and every of their Appurtenances unto the af.d George
       Clagett his Heirs and Assigns to the only use and behoof
       of him the said George Clagett his heirs and assigns for
       ever And to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said Charles Clagett for himself his heirs ex.rs &
       adm.rs Doth hereby covenant promise and grant to and
       with the said George Clagett his heirs and assigns That he
       the said Charles At the time of the ensealing & delivery of
       these presents is and stands lawfully Seized of and in
       four hundred Acres of Lands & premises part of the af.d
       Tract of Land and premises w.th their and every of their
       appurtenances And that he hath good Right to Sell the
       Same unto him the said George Clagett his Heirs and Assigns
       in manner and form as af.d and that it is free and clear
       from all incumbrances had made comitted or Done by him the
       said Charles Clagett his heirs or assigns or suffered to
       be done p his privity or procurement The rents and
       Services to grow due to the s.d Lord prop.ry or other Cheif
       Lord only excepted & foreprized And that it shall & May
       be lawfull to and for the said George Clagett his heirs and
       assigns & every of them from time to time and at all
       times hereafter lawfully peaceably and Quietly to have
       hold use occupy possess and enjoy All and Singular
       the af.d part of the af.d Tract of Land & premises w.th
       its appurtenances without any Lett Suit Trouble Molestacon
       or Interruption of him the said Charles Clagett his heirs
       or assigns or any of them And the said Charles Clagett
       for himself and his heirs Doth further covenant promise
       & agree to and with the s.d George Clagett his Heirs &
       Assigns & to and w.th every of them by these presents
