                         Give and bequeath to his three Children Namely
       Martha Charles and George Clagetts the af.d Tract of Land
       & premises w.th their appurtenances in manner following
       That is to Say To Martha Clagett Two hundred acres part of the
       af.d Tract of Land And to the af.d Charles Clagett and George Clagett
       parties to these presents the remaining part of the said Tract
       being eight hundred acres to be equally divided between them
       confirming the af.d Whole Tract of Land & premises w.th their &
       every of their appurtenances unto and upon his af.d three
       children in manner as af.d and to the longer Liver of them
       as in and by the af.d Thomas Clagetts Last will & Testament
       remaining on Record relation thereto being had May more full
       appear      Now this Indenture further wittnesseth That the
       said Charles Clagett for and in consideration of the Sum of
       Sixty two pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the
       af.d George Clagett the receipt whereof he the said Charles
       Doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully
       Satisfied contented and paid And thereof and therefrom Doth
       Acquitt the af.d George Clagett his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Hath
       given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these presents Doth fully clearly and absolutely give Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the s.d George
       Clagett his heirs and assignes all that This the s.d Charles Clagetts
       part Right Title & Interest of in and unto the af.d part of the
       af.d Tract of Land called Clagetts Forrest as af.d lying Baltemore
       County as af.d And containing as af.d being by Computation
       for his the said Charles Clagetts part four hundred acres of
       land yet undivided Together w.th all Buildings & Improvements
       And all rights Members and Appurtenances w.tsoever
       to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining with all
       Deeds and writings Touching the Same And the Reversion  
       & Reversions remainder & remainders thereof And all the
       Estate Right Title & Interest of him the said Charles Clagett his
       Heirs & ex.rs of in or to the Same or any part thereof To
       have and to hold the said granted Land and premises w.th
