466) promise Grant and Agree that himself and his heirs & assignes shall & will at any time hereafter Make doe acknowledge suffer and execute all & every such further or other act and acts thing or things as by the said Amos Garrett his heirs or assignes shall be Reasonably Devised advised or Required for the better assurance surety and sure makeing over unto the said Amos his heirs or assignes all and singular the afd two Tracts of Land or unto any part or parcell thereof In Wittness whereof the said parties have hereunto ^set to^ interchangably their hands and seals the day and year afd Signed Sealed & Delivered Jn.o Buckinham (Seal) in presence of us her Mark Jn.o Smith Ann Noads Hannah X Buckinham On behalf the back of the aforegoing deed was thus written (viz.t) Annapolis Maryland 4 Aprill 1728 Then Reced of the w.thin named Amos Garrett the sum of thirty pounds curr.t Money being the consider.n for the w.thin purchased two tracts of land and premisses &c wittness my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid Wittness Jn.o Smith Ann Noads Jn.o Buckinham (seal) Annapolis Maryland 4 Aprill 1723 Then came the within named John Buckinham and Hannah his wife before me Sam.ll Young Esq.r Chief Justice of his Lordships Prov.ll Court and the s.d Hannah being examined out of the hearing of her husband Declared that she consented of her own free will to y.e makeing over of y.e herein menconed two tracts of land & premisses &c & y.e s.d Jn.o Buckinham acknowledged this Deeds and the two tracts of land and premisses &c (therein) |
