464) of Land more or less as p the cert of survey thereof Returned in to the Land office Dated 7 August 1681 which tract of land the said Edward Lunn by a certain Deed of Conveyance in Due form Dated 29 Nov.r 1683 aliened and enfeoffed to a certain John Cosens his heirs & assignes and the said John Cosens by a certain Deed of Conveyance in Due form dated 24 July 1695 aliened & enfeoffed to W.m Sutton his heirs & assignes the which Tract of Land was by Will of W.m Sutton or otherwise became the Right of his Daughter Mary Sutton the wife of Nathan Pumphary and the said Nathan & Mary his wife by a certain deed of conveyance in Due form of Law Dated 27 Novemb.r 1722 aliened & enfeoffed to John Buckinham his heirs & assignes with all the appurts to the same or any of them belonging To have & to hold the afd forty Acres of Land called Bakers Delight lying in Baltemore County and fifty five acres of land called Lunns add.n lying in Ann.ll County & premisses with all & singular the woods underwoods Fruit Trees Nurseries pastures Meadows Houses and Out houses &c unto ^him^ the said Amos his heirs & assignes for ever and the s.d Jn.o Buckinham is at the perfection hereof seized of an absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee symple of and in the said Bargained Premisses and Every part thereof not to be Defeated or Defeazanced to statute Merch.t or of y.e staple recognizance (former) |
