457 On the back of the aforegoing instrument was thus Written viz.t Aprill 11.th 1723 Then W.m Moore & Henry Bowman the two subscribing evidences to the w.thin Power of attorney came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court of Maryland and made oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they saw Rob.t Pardoe signe Seale and Deliver the within written as his Act and Deed to the use therein Menconed William Lock Maryland fs Wher^e^as there has been Divers Disputes in Relation to the bounds of a Tract of Land called Wothey Durand and the bounds of a tract of Land ^called^ Chelsey the former being the right of and now in the Tennure of Alice Greening of Ann Arrundell County the ^other^ called Chelsey being the right of and belonging to Anthony Ruley of the afores.d county &c Now This Instrement of Agrement Witnesseth that Whereas y.e s.d Lands or such part therof As y.e Bounds interferer one with y.e other has been this Day run out & y.e bounds of y.e Lands called ^Withers^ Durand ^throughly^ adjudged to our satisfaction We Doe hereby bind ourselves (our) |
