       his ex.rs or adm.rs for me and in my name to sue arrest imprison
       implead and prosecute for the same and upon such suit
       to proceed to judgment & executon there upon the said Turner
       Wooten his Ex.rs & Administrators in prison to hold and
       keep untill payment thereof be made w.th all Costs &
       Damages sustained and to be sustained by occasion of y.e
       Determing of the same and upon payment thereof the s.d
       Turner Wooten his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs forth of prison
       to Discharge and acquittances for the same or any part
       thereof for me and in my name to make sall & Deliver
       and alsoe to Doe perform and execute all and every
       other Lawfull and Reasonable acts and things
       w.tsoever both for obtaining and Chargeing of the same
       as shall be needfull to be Done Giveing and by these
       presents granting unto my said attorney my full and
       absolute Power in the premises Ratifying and holding
       firm all and whatsoever my said atterney shall Lawfully
       Doe or Cause to be Done in or about the premisses
       by Vertue of these presents In Wittness whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand & seale the eighteenth
       day of October in the Ninth year of the Reign
       of our Sovn Lord George by the Grace of God of great
       Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith
       &c Annoq Dom 1722
