455) Memorand.m Nov.r the 24.th 1722 Then Came the w.thin named Rich.d Collins & the w.thin named James Collins before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court and acknowledged the w.thin Land and premisses to be Right of the w.thin ^menconed^ James Husbands his heirs and assignes for ever before me S.t Leger Codd Enroled 18.th of Aprill 1723 Know all men by these three presents that I Rob.t Pardoe of the Parish of S.t Alphage London and & Citizen and barber surgeon of London have maid ordained constituted and appointed and by these presents Doe make ordain constitute and appoint Joseph Cowman of London of Marrinor Master of the Ship or vessell called the champian my true and Lawfull attorney for me and in my name and for my use to ask Demand and Receive of Turner Wotten of Maryland Merch.t the sum of thirteen p.ds seven shillings and six pence ster being so much Money Due and Owing from him to me for Ten perches by him had and reced of me the seventeenth day of October one thousand seven hundred & seventeen And upon nonpay^ment^ thereof the said Turner (Wooten) |
