       scincere and faithfull performance of the powers and
       authorities hereby granted him in consideration ^of the^ pains
       Labour & Trouble he shall take in the Due execution
       thereof Authorize Direct and Impower him to take
       Receive & retain to and for his own use out of all
       such Moneys Tobaccos or Other Effects as shall be reced
       on any the acc.ts aforesaid (except out of such Moneys
       or Bills of Exchange as shall arrise out of the Duty
       arriseing by the Exportation of Tob.o or by Tunage of
       Ships) the sum of Ten pounds in the hundred and so
       prorato for a great or lesser quantity & for the receiveing
       and Remitting the Duties arriseing by the exporta.n
       of Tob.o and Tunage on ships the sum of one hundred
       pounds sterl Yearly and we Doe hereby Revoke and
       make void all former & other commissions powers and
       authoritys touching the premisses by us or our authority
       heretofore Given to any person or persons whatsoever
       & this our com.n & the powers herein Granted is to
       continue in force Dureing our Pleasure & no longer
       Given under our hand and seale at London this fifth
       Day of Sept.r Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
       & Twenty Two
