       for me the Receiveing and Collecting our Duties arriseing by exportation
       of Tobaccos as alsoe the Duty of Tunage of ships) as he the said
       Nich.o Lowe shall think fitt and the said shipping officers are herby
       Required to obey him Accordingly Hereby requireing and
       Ordering him the said Nich.o Lowe to Remitt unto us for our
       Proper use by the first and safest oppertunities all such
       Moneys Effects or Bills of Exchange as shall arrise Grow Due &
       be Recevd by or from our said shipping officers or any other psons
       on all or any of the afd brances of our Revenue & upon
       Receipt of any Money Bills of Exchange or Other Effects
       suff.t Discharges and acquittances to Give and signe to the
       pson or psons concerned or owing such Moneys Effects
       & bills of exchange and Generally to Act Doe & pforme
       full fill and accomplish all & every other act & acts
       thing and things Requisite & Necessary for the Due Execution
       Pformance and Justly Dischargeing the Severall Respective
       Offices Powers & Authoritys hereby Given & Granted him
       or intended to be Given & Granted him & We Doe hereby
       Ratifye Confirm and hold for Good Effectuall & Valid w.tsoever
       the said Nich.o Lowe shall Lawfully Doe or cause to be
       Done in the premisses Notw.thstanding any insufficiency
       or Defect in the Words Expressions Clauses or (sentances of
       this our comission & altho every particular Matter
       strickly Requesite be not therein particularly menconed
       & exprest & we Doe hereby further for a compensation salery
       & encouragement to the said Nich.o Lowe for y.e punctuall
