       Nicholas Lowe to be our Chief Agent Escheator and
       Receiver Gen.ll of all our Rents Arrears of Rents fines
       forfeitures Tobaccos or Moneys for Land Warr.ts of all
       ferries Waises Strays & Deodands of all Duties arriseing from &
       Growing Due upon Exportation of Tob.o or Tunage of ships
       and all other Moneys Tob.s or other Effects in any Manner
       or of Ways now Due or hereafter to Grow Due whether by
       protested bills of Exchange or otherwise to us w.thin
       The said province hereby Granting to the s.d Nicholas
       Lowe full power and authority to sell and Dispose
       of all Lands Tennements and Hereditaments to us now
       escheated or forfeited or hereafter to be escheated or
       forfeited to such pson or psons as shall agree or pay for
       them such Reasonable Rates in Money as shall be
       agreed for alsoe to inspect into order Manage & Acc.t
       for all and every other branch and Branches of our
       Revinue w.thin our said province whether the same be
       or Grow Due by particular contract condition of
       plantation act or acts of assembly or by Vertue of our
       Royalltys Rights Previledges & prerogatives w.thin the s.d
       province and for the better and More Effectuall Execution
       of the said powers & authorities hereby granted we Doe
       further authorise him the said Nicholas Lowe to give
       such Directions and Orders to the navall officers of our s.d
       province (who by an instruction formerly sent Cap.t Hart
       our Leu.t Governour were to be our shiping officers
