       called Edloes Hope cont.a four hundred acres alsoe one Other
       Tract Lying in Dorchester County afd containing two hundred
       acres according to certificates thereof One Other Tract of
       Land lying in S.t Marys County abovesaid whereon Jn.o Noble
       late Deced did live at the time of his Death and One Other
       Tract of Land lying in ^Prince Georges^ S.t Marys County Granted to Edw.d Edloes
       cont.a three hundred acres adjoyning to Brightwells Hunting
       Quarters at or near the Place comonly called the Sugar
       Lands Begining at a bounded Tree of the said Brightwells
       hunting Quarter To have and to hold the said severall
       Tracts of Land before menconed to be bargained and sold
       to the use of him the said W.m Maria Farthing his heirs &
       assignes for ever together with all & singular y.e members
       and appurtenances Previledges Profitts and Advantages thereunto
       belonging or in any ways appertaining & the said W.m Spinke
       for himself his heirs ex.rs & administrators doth hereby
       covenant promise and agree to and w.th the said W.m
       Maria Farthing his heirs ex.rs & administrators that he y.e
       said W.m Maria Farthing shall and may from henceforth
       & forever hereafter have hold Occupy Possess & Enjoy y.e said
       Land & premisses w.thout any Let Suit Trouble Molestation
       or Contradiction of him the said W.m Spinke his heirs or
       Assignes & the said W.m Spink Doth hereby for himself his
       heirs and assignes further covenant and agree to & with
       the said W.m Maria Farthing his heirs & assignes that he the s.d
       W.m Spink his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs the afd Tracts or parcells of
       Land above menconed to be bargained & sold ag.t the Lawfull
       Claime of him the said W.m Spinke his heirs or assignes
       unto him the said W.m Maria Farthing his heirs & assignes
