       This Indenture made the 4.th Day of February
       Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred & Twenty two
       Between W.m Spink of S.t Marys County in the
       Province of Maryland planter on the one part and
       & W.m Maria Fathing of the county and province afd
       innholder on the other part Wittnesseth that the
       said W.m Spinke for & in consideration of the
       sum of Ten thousand pounds of Tob.o to him in hand
       paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       presents the receipt whereof the said W.m Spink
       doth hereby acknowledge & thereof and of every
       part thereof Doth hereby clearly acquitt Exonerate
       & Discharge the said W.m Maria Farthing his ex.rs
       & adm.rs for ever by these presents hath Given
       Granted Bargained Sold and Transferred & Doth
       hereby fully clearly and absolutely Give Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Transferr & Confirm unto him
       the said W.m Maria Farthing the several Tracts
       or parcells of Land hereafter menconed viz.t
       One Tract of Land lying in S.t Marys County on
       Potuxent River formerly in the occupation of
       Edw.d Edloe called Susquehanah Point alsoe one
       Other Tract adjoyning to the former called add.n one
       Other Tract or parcell of Land cont.a four hundred
       acres formerly lying in Dorchester County Granted to
       to Joseph Edloe & Late in the occupation of Edw.d Edloe
       abovesaid situtate on S.t Jones Creek called Edloes
       Lott One Other Tract ^of land^ adjoyning to the said Edloes Lott
