       And premisses to the use setleing and intent afd as by him
       the said Sam.ll Chew his heirs or assignes or his or their
       Councill Learned in Law shall be Reasonably Devised
       Advised or Required In Wittness the parties to these
       presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals
       the Day and year first above written

                Samuel Chew according to act of Assembly
       And alsoe the same time came Marg.tt the wife of
       the said Jacob and privatly examined out of the hearing
       of Her said Husband acknowledged her release of Dower
       in and to the said Granted Lands before me
