434 And premisses to the use setleing and intent afd as by him the said Sam.ll Chew his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in Law shall be Reasonably Devised Advised or Required In Wittness the parties to these presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and year first above written Jacob Holland (seale) On the back of the aforegoing conveyance was thus written viz.t Signed Sealed & Delivered In the presents of us Memorandum 31.st day of Jerome Chapman Jan.ry Came before me William Martin Fisher Lock Esq.r One of the His Eliz.a Crockett Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court the within named Jacob Holland and acknowledged the w.thin Granted Lands to the within named Samuel Chew according to act of Assembly And alsoe the same time came Marg.tt the wife of the said Jacob and privatly examined out of the hearing of Her said Husband acknowledged her release of Dower in and to the said Granted Lands before me W.m Lock Enroled 29.th of March 1723 |
