       And all former and Other Estates Titles Debts Charges &
       Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted or Done or to be
       had made committed or Done by the said Jacob Holland
       or ay other pson or psons whatsoever (the Rents & services
       hereafter to be Done by the said Jacob Holland of the
       fee of whome the same is to be held only excepted)
       & aforeprized And the said three Plantations & four
       hundred and sixty six Acres of Land so Butted and
       bounded as afd called Greenwood Friendship & Luckey
       Mistake and all the hereby Granted premisses the
       said Jacob Holland his heirs ex.rs & Adm.rs unto the said
       Sam.ll Chew his heirs and Assignes ag.t all psons whatsoever
       for ever will Warr.t & Defend by these presents
       And the said Jacob Holland for himself his heirs ex.rs
       & administrators Doth by these presents further coven.t
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Sam.ll Chew
       his heirs & assignes that he the said Jacob Holland
       & all claiming and that shall claim by from or under
       him the said Jacob Holland shall and Will at all
       and Levey times hereafter upon the Reasonably req.t
       and at the costs and charges in the Law of the
       said Sam.ll Chew his his heirs & assignes make & grant
       unto him & them such further assureances and
       conveyances for the further and more pfect setling
       conveying and Assureing the said hereby Granted Lands
