       Demand whatsoever of him the said Jacob Holland his heirs & assignes
       out of in and into the same hereby granted premisses & every
       part thereof And all Deeds Conveyances Writeings & Escripts
       whatsoever to the said Hereby Granted premisses or any part
       thereof belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have &
       to Hold the said three plantations or parcells of Land called
       Greenwoods Friendship & Luckey Mistake cont.a in the whole
       four hundred and sixty acres Butted and Bounded as afores.d
       And all the houses Orchards Gardens and Other heriditiments
       to the same Granted Premisses belonging w.th their & every
       of their appurts unto the said Sam.ll Chew his heirs and
       Assignes forever to the only proper use and behoof of him
       the said Sam.ll Chew his heirs & Assignes forever more and
       the said Jacob Holland for himself his heirs ex.rs adm.rs
       Doth Coven.t w.th the said Sam.ll Chew his heirs & Assignes
       by these Presents that he the s.d Sam.ll Chew his heirs and
       Assignes Shall have hold occupy possess and enjoy the
       said three Plantations and hereby Granted Lands called
       Greenwood Friendship & Luckey Mistake so as afd butted &
       bounded And all and every the hereby granted premisses
       free and clear freed and cleared acquitted exonerated & Discharged
       or Well & sufficiently Saved Keept harmless & indemnifyd of &
       from all manner of former or other surveys bargains sales
       Gifts Grants leases Mortgages Wills uses Entailes Judgm.ts
