       Hannah the Wife of the s.d Geo who being Secretly Examined out
       of the hearing of her said Husband did Give her voluntary
       & free consent to the Passing the said Deed w.thout being
       induced thereto by threats or fear of her husbands Displeasure

x.d Maryland fs     This Indenture made the thirty
       first Day of Jan.ry Annoq Dom one thousand seven hundred
       and Twenty two Between Jacob Holland of Ann.ll County
       planter of the one part and Sam.ll Chew of the same county
       Merch.t of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas the
       said Jacob Holland hath purchased of his three brothers
       Viz.t Jn.o Anthony & Capial Hollands all their Shear
       Right Title and Interest in three sev.ll Tracts of Land
       as by their sev.ll conveyances on Record will appear
       lying and being in Herring Creek Swamp called Greenwood
       Friendship & Goldsberys Choice the Last of w.ch s.d ^three^ Tracts
       was by the said Jacob Resurveyed by Vertue of a speciall
       warr.t unto him Granted Dated the Nineteenth of October
       One thousand Seven hundred & Twenty and now called the
       Luckey Mistake cont.a two hundred and fifty six acres
       Now this present Indenture Wittnesseth that the said
       Jacob Holland for and in consideration of the sums of
       Seventy five pounds sterl & Seventy pounds Curr.t money
       Money of the Province to him the s.d Jacob Holland in
