       of in and to the afd parcell of Land being part of book
       place & Mannor unto him the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs and assignes for and in consideration of the vallue
       Reced & Comprised & Menconed in the Deed of sale
       thereof alsoe in consideration of six pence now p.d to the s.d
       Dan.ll & Eliz.a Provided alsoe that the clause conferting ^importing^
       the Sale of the said Eliz.a Right to Dower shall be
       Void on Redemption of the Mortgage afd In Testimony
