       the afd sum of three hundred and Ten pounds at any
       time within the space of three years from the Date hereof
       alsoe pay and satisfye the Legall Interest thereof
       Yearly and Every year at the said Charles his ex.r adm.r
       Dwelling Place for the Time being unto the s.d Charles
       his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes and Whereas it is probable if
       the said Dan.ll May becom by bond or otherwise further
       indebted to the said Charles it is alsoe the True Intent &
       Meaning of this Deed and the Proviso afd That this
       Deed shall stand further security for such or so much
       as shall be thought fitt by the said Charles his heirs &
       assignes for any further sum or such part of any further
       sum as the said Dan.ll shall be indebted by bond or otherwise
       to the said Charles But that on payment of the s.d three
       hundred and Ten pounds Curr.t Money as afd w.th the Legall
       Interest in the Manner and at the Time afd alsoe what
       further sum he the said Dan.ll by bond or otherwise
       shall be indebted as afd then this Deed & every claus
       thereof to be Void Otherwise to have its full force
       and effect   And Whereas the said Dan.ll of S.t Tho.s
       Jenifer has heretofore Mortgaged a peice of Land of
       three hundred acres or thereab.ts unto the s.d Charles
       Carroll Esq.r Deced to w.ch the said Eliz.a was no partie
       and wherein she may have Right of Dower on the
       Death of the said Dan.ll now thes presents wittnesseth
       that the said Dan.ll & Eliz.a Doe for themselves & for
       the said Eliz.a assigne sell Transferr and make over
