       Calv.t County of the one part and John Hyde of the City
       of London and Charles Carroll and Charles Carroll of the
       of y.e Province of Maryl.d of the other part Recorded in
       Lib.r A K T P N.o 1 fol 43 is thus endorsed (viz.t)
       Be it Known unto all Men by these presents that I
       Sarah Clegett widow w.thin Menconed for and in considera.n
       of the sum of five shill.s to me in hand p.d by my well
       beloved Son in Law Rich.d Keen of Prince Georges County
       Gent alsoe for other valuable consid.n me thereunto
       Moveing have assigned Sold and made over as by these
       Presents I Doe assigne Sell and make over unto
       the said Rich.d Keen his heirs and assignes all my
       Right Title and Interest of in and to the Equity of
       Redemption of the w.thin Land and every part thereof
       To have & to hold all my Right and Title to the
       Land w.thin Menconed and the Equity of Redemption
       as afd unto him the said Richard Keen his heirs
