       consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling Money by
       the said Mary Frasor to the said Alexander Herbert and Mary his
       his wife in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge
       By the Tenor of these psents Do and have given
       granted Bargained Sold Alienated assigned & confirmed unto
       the said Mary Frazor her Heirs and Assigns for ever All the
       said Alexander Herbert & Mary his wife their Right Title Interest
       Estate Claim & Demand whatsoever off in and to the aforementiond
       Tract of Land called Athelborough lying in Baltemore County
       upon the North Side of Patapsco River And upon the West Side
       of the Middle Branch of the said River Beginning at a bounded
       poplar A Bounded Tree of the Land called Hopewell And
       Running thence South East and by South Down the said branch
       three hundred and twenty perches to another bounded poplar
       Standing near a Small Run then South West by West three
       hundred perches to a bounded Red Oak standing upon a Ridge
       then North West by North three hundred and twenty perches till it
       intersect the aforesaid Land the Running and bounding with the
       said Land to the First bounded Tree containing and laid out
       for Six hundred Acres Together with all houses Edifices Buildings
       Ways Easements Profitts Comodities Advantages & Appurts
       whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       And all Patents Deeds Writings and Evidences Touching
       or Concerning the Same or any part To have and to
       hold the said Alexander Mary their RIght Title Interest
       Estate Claim and Demand whatsoever of in and to the
       aforementioned Tract of Land with the premises and appurts
       unto her the said Mary Frasor her Heirs and Assigns for
       ever to the only proper use and behoof of her the said
       Mary Frasor her heirs and assigns for ever And that they
       the said Alexander and Mary and their heirs the aforesaid Tract
       of Land with the ^premises&^ appurts to the said Mary Frasor her heirs &
       Assigns for ever against them the said Alexander & Mary And
