389 aforegoing Depositions were made in psence of us Notarys Publick at provost Baillies and Justices of peace of the city of Aberdeen And that to all Depositions before them so made and by them signed full faith & credit is and ought to be given in Judgment Court And thereout wittness our hands and Notoriall Seals this Twenty Second day of February One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Two Years Jo Anderson N P (Seal) Recorded August 6.th 1722 M Milne N P (seal) Know All Men by these psents That I William Reid of Aberdeen in North Brittain Merchant have made and constituted ^& thereby makes & constitutes^ my Trusty And Welbeloved freind William Cumming Esq.r Attorney at Law at Annapolis In the province of Maryland to be my and Lawfull Attorney for me and in my Name is Deriving Right of this Date from Alexander Reid now living in the Old Town of Aberdeen also in North Brittain Heir at Law to the Deceased Capt.n George Reid late of Calvert County in the af.d Province To Record all Deeds of Conveyances made by the said Alexander Reid to Me To three Different Tracts of Land in Maryland as in the said conveyances are more particularly exprest And to sue for the same in my name and to take possession thereof for me |
