       Dyed Intestate In Anno One Thousand Six hundred & eighty
       Five And had only one son viz.t the said Alexander Reid
       who was only Heir Nearest of Kinn and Representative
       of the said Deceased Captain George Reid his uncle
       this was the truth as they should answer to God so
       subscribed Patrick Ferguson Thomas Peiry Alexander
       Gordon and that the said Declarations were true and
       lawfull Deeds sworn and signed as said is upon the
       Twenty and Twenty fourth days of Aprill One Thousand
       six hundred & six Ninety Nine Years In psence of
       the then magistrates In Testimony whereof we the
       present magistrates and Justices of the Peace of Aberdeen
       have not only subscribed their psence but in further
       corroboration Hereof have caused affix the privy seal
       of the said city hereto at Aberdeen the Twenty Second
       Day of February One Thousand Seven hundred and Twenty
       two years
