       accordingly and Leases thereon to Grant And Generally every other thing
       and Things Act and Acts Deed and Deeds Devices and
       Assurances To Do Execute and Pform as fully & amply
       in all respects And to all intents and purposes as
       I could do my self if personally present promising
       to hold firm and stable all and whatsoever my
       said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done
       in and about the executing^ion^ of the premises by
       vertue of these presents In Testimony whereof
