       within Ten Miles of Aberdeen And was in my Lord
       Forbes's Troop at Worcester Fight in England who was
       then taken Prisoner And thereafter sent to Virginia
       was Dead as he was certainly informed in Maryland
       about Thirty three Years ago And that he was Designed
       of Calvert County on the South Side of Patuxon River
       near a point called point patience That therefore Cognition
       and Tryall might be taken of the said Alexander
       Reid his propinquity of Blood to the ^said^ Deced George
       Reid by the Depositions of the Wittnesses afore
       after named And the said witnesses being called They
       Compeared and Deponed as followeth Viz.t Patrick
       Ferguson Burgess of Inverury A Married Man of
       the Age of Sixty Years or thereby Alexander
       Gordon Burgess of Inverury a Married Man of the
       Age of Three score and Twelve Years or thereby Thomas
       Prince in Chappell of Garriock a Married Man of
       the Age of Sixty three years or thereby Deponed
       that they knew the said Deceased Captain George Reid
       to be the Son of the deceased Andrew Reid at the afd
       Milne of Drumbreck procreate betwixt him & Isabell
       Milne his Spouse And that the said Capt.n George Reid
       had three Brothers and One Sister Viz.t Alexander
       Patrick James and Isabell Reid h^& that the s.d Patrick Ja.s & Isabell Reads^ had no children alive
       And that the Deponents knew that the said Captain George
       Reid was in my Lord Forbes's Troop at Worcester Fight
       And that the said Alexander Reid his Eldest Brother
