             Memorandum                  March the 19.th 1721/2


                         Came before me Samuel Young Esq.r one
       of the Justices of the provinc.ll court the within named
       John Hatherley and Elizabeth his wife and did acknowledge
       this Deed And the Land an Pmises therein contained to be
       the Right of the within named John Worthington And y.e
       said Eliz.a being Privately Examined out of the hearing
       of her Husband gave her free consent in Bar of her
       dower acknowledged according to act of assembly
