                           Then Came the within named Isaac Cecell and
       Elizabeth his wife and acknowledged the within Deed according
       to law before us

                                        I hereby certifie that Joseph Belt and Ralph
       Crabb Gent before whom the within Deed was acknowledged were
       then & now are Justices within the county aforesaid lawfully
       authorized and assigned and had in them full power to take
       the same
                            In Testimony ^whereof^ I have hereunto affixed the
                            seal of the said County this seventeenth day of
                            Aprill 1722
