       shall and will for ever hereafter warr.t and for ever
       Defend  And further that they the said Cornelius
       Howard Thomas Howard and Priscilla his wife
       and their heirs shall and will at any time hereafter
       at the costs and charges of him the s.d Rob.t Ridgley his
       heirs and Assignes Doe make Acknowledge Levey
       Execute and suffer all and every such further and
       other reasonable act or acts thing or things devises
       of or conveyances in the Law whatsoever as by the
       said Rob.t Ridgley ^his Heirs^ assignes or by his or their council
       learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised or
       Required for the further and better assureance
       and sure makeing the premisses af.d (Except before
       Excepted to him the said Rob.t Ridgly his heirs and
       assignes for ever In Wittness whereof the parties
       to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
