       Lordships Justices of the prov.l court of this province
       of Maryland the w.thin named Cornelius Howard
       Tho.s Howard and Priscilla his wife & Acknowledged
       the w.thin Instrument to be their Act and Deed and
       the land and premisses therein Mentioned to be
       the Right and Estate of the w.thin Named Rob.t
       Ridgley his heirs and assignes for ever according
       to the true intent & meaning of the w.thin Deed
       and the act of Assembly in that case made and
       provided               Taken and acknowledged the
          day and year above said         before me

    Mem.d that the Second Day of February 1721/2 the
       w.thin Named Priscilla Howard wife of the within
       named Thomas Howard being secretly examined
       out of the hearing of her said Husband acknowledged
       her free consent to the same Deed and that she is not
       Enduced to make such Acknowledgm.t by any
       Compultions or threats of her said Husband or for
       fear of his Displeasure but that she does the same
       of her own free will Acknowledged as afores.d before me
       Sam.l Young Chief Justice of the Prov.l Court of this
       province of Maryland the day and year abovesaid
