       Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto him the said Rob.t Ridgley his
       heirs and assignes for ever All that Tract or parcell
       of Land Originally granted to Thomas Freborn called
       Freeborns progress by the Right Honble Charles Late
       Lord Baron of Baltemore as by the pattent thereof dated
       the Tenth day of December One thousand six hundred
       and Ninety five referance being thereunto had more
       at Large Appears And the said Tho.s Freborne
       Dying the said Land became the Right of Richard
       Freborne his son and Lawfull heir w.ch said Richard
       day of December one thousand seven hundred & seventeen
       for Divers good Causes and Considerations therein mentioned
       convey the said Tract of Land to Charles Howard son &
       heir of Cornelius Howard deced as by the said deed referance
       being thereunto had more at Large it may and Doth
       appear w.ch said Charles Howard did by his last will &
       Testament bearing Date the Nineteenth day of January
       One thousand seven hundred and seventeen give and
       bequeath the said Tract of Land to them the said Cornelius
       Howard and Tho.s Howard as by the said will referance
       being thereunto had more at Large it doth and may
       appear the said Tract of Land lying then in
       Annarundell but now in Baltemore County at Elkridge
       Begining at a bounded white oak of Sam.l Chews and
       Major Dorseys and runing with Dorseys line west
       one hundred and sixty perches to a boundred oake
