       This Indenture made the second day of
       February Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and
       Twenty One two   Between Cornelius Howard of
       Annarundell County Planter and Tho.s Howard of the
       said county planter and Pricilla his wife of the one
       part and Rob.t Ridgley of Baltemore County of the other
       part Wittnesseth that the said Cornelius Howard for
       and consideration of the sum of one hundred & sixty pounds
       sterling and the said Tho.s Howard of the sum of twenty
       five six pounds Curr.t Money to them in hand paid or secured to
       be paid by the said Rob.t Ridgley the receipt whereof
       they doe hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every
       part and parcell thereof Doe fully clearly & absolutely
       acquitt and for Ever Discharge the said Rob.t Ridgley
       his heirs and assignes by these presents Have
       given granted bargained sold Enfeoffed & Confirmed and
       by these presents have given granted Bargained sold
