Memorandum
                         This seventh day of Octob.r 1721
       came the within mentioned Samuel Thomas &

       according to an act of assembly in that case made &

       the provincial Court of Maryland

       Annapolis Sadler of the one parte and William Beckett

       said Richard Tootell for and in consideration of the
