322 May y.e 2.d 1721 Then came before us the subscribers two of his Lordshipps Justices of the peace for Annarundell County Samuell Kent and George Martin and made oath that they did see Thomas Withers and Thomas Harrison of Barbedos signe seal and deliver the within letter of attorney for the use therein Mentioned Edm Benson Caleb Dorsey Recorded in Octob.r the 19.th 1721 By This Publick Instruement of Procuration or Letter of Attorney be it Know and Manifest unto all people that on the one and thirtieth Day of January one thousand seven hundred and nine and in the eight year of the Reigne of our Sov.rn Lady Ann by the Grace of God Queen of Great Britain &c.a before me Robert Torrens Notary Publick by Royall Authority admitted and sworn Dwelling in London and in the presence of the under written Wittnesses Personally appeared M.r Heniage Robinson of London Merchant unto me Notary well Known which appeares or have made Ordained & Constituted as by these presents he doth make Ordaine and Constitute Richard Bennett of Maryland Esq.r to be his True and lawfull attorney giving unto him full power authority and speciall charge for and the name and to the use of him the constituant to aske demand sue for recover and receive of and from all and every such person or person whom it doth or may concern in |
