       proper cost & charges in the Law of the said Jacob
       Roberts his heirs & assignes make do acknowledge
       levey suffer and execute or cause & procure to be made
       Done ^acknowledged levyed^ Suffered & Executed all & every such further
       and other Lawfull & reasonable act & acts thing
       & things Device & Devices Assureances &
       Conveyances in the Law whatsoever to & for the further
       better more perfect & absolute assureing suremakeing
       conveying setling and confirming all and singular
       the before menconed to be hereby bargained premisses
       & every part & parcell thereof w.th their & every
       of their appurtenances (excepted before excepted)
       unto the s.d Jacob Roberts his heirs & assignes Be it
       by Deed or Deeds Inrolled or not Inrolled the acknowledgment
       & Inrollem.t of these psents Fine or
       Fines Recovery or recoveryes Fefment Release or
       Confirmation or by any other Lawfull or reasonable
       waies or meens or in such sort Manner & form as
       by the s.d Jacob Roberts his heirs or assignes or his
       or their council learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       Devised or Advised & Required In Wittness
       Whereof the Parties first above named have to
       these presents interchangeably sett & put their
       hands & seals the Day and Year first above
