(318) August the 17.th 1721 Then Came Henry Sampson one of the Evidences Subscribing the within power of att.ry before me the subscriber being one of his Lord Ships Justices of the Prov.ll Court in Maryland & made oath on the holy Evangilists that he saw the within constituents Micajah Perry & Micajah Perry Jun.r Seal & Deliver the above power of att.ry as their Acct & Deed x.d This Indenture made this seventh Day of October Anno Dom Seventeen Hundred & Twenty one Between William Richardson of Ann.ll County in the Province of Maryland of the one parte & Philip Thomas of the same county of the other parte Wittnes^s^eth that the said William Richardson standing Seized of a tract of Land called Richardsons Discovery for & in consideration of Twenty acres part of a tract of Land called Thomas's Purchase now made over & confirmed to him the said Richardson by Sam Thomas of the af.d county in whom was the fee simple & for other Good Causes & Consideracons hath Granted Sold Aliened and Confirmed & made over & by these Presents doth Grant Sell Alien Confirme & make over unto the Afore Said Philip Thomas Twenty Acres being part of the Afore Said Tract of Land called Richardsons Discovery Lying in the Afore Said County & Begin^n^ing at a bounded Hiccory being also the first bounded tree of Thomasis Purchase & (Runing) |
